New release by La Petite Vie is out now at SaNaRae. The Cabane Des Marais is a fantastic looking marshland log cabin; worn down, broken window… Access ramp included if you need one. At least the lights work when you hit the switch! The cabin is 100% Original Mesh, 55LI, Copy/Modify and has a footprint of 10.5 x 12.5 x 9. Make sure you grab it at 20% off during the event!

The DaD HILLSIDE HOUSE is a modern home with two levels.
The first level is split leaving an open outdoor area that would be ideal for an outdoor dining area or even seating space for casual relaxation.
The room on the left side could be used for a kitchen/family room with the room on the right side as a living room. The choice in how to use each room is really up to you.
The wide staircase accessed from the outside leads to the second floor level where you will find three rooms. The smaller of the three can be used as a second bedroom with the middle space earmarked for the bathroom and the larger room as the master bedroom.
High windows surround the home and open floor space on the outside that welcomes more seating areas to catch the spectacular views. More pictures below the credits.

The Hillside House has a footprint of 28.5×21,5 (resizable) and Land Impact is 68. 100% Original Mesh, Materials enabled, Copy/Modify (scripts are no modify). No Transfer.

The Little Branch‘s newest release are the Juniper Trees V.1 and V.2. The Juniper Tree is a gorgeous evergreen with soft needles instead of leaves. The needles are rather short and grow in clusters close to the branches. The Juniper tree is believed to possess the ability to cleanse and make us pure and true to ourselves. The branches and berries have been used for medicinal and spiritual purposes since ancient times.

Apart from physical training and fitness goals I’ve never been good at setting goals, in life or career, but then I’ve almost always been happy and content with where I’ve been in life. Today I find myself wanting to be somewhere else, in more ways than one. I also find myself setting goals. Huh! I guess I just needed a good reason.

Treized Designs is at Men Only Monthly with the new ‘Horizon Pants’. Sports pants with a cool design and a multitude of texture customization options. The pants are fitted for Belleza, Legacy and Signature Gianni bodies.

The sun is back again after hiding below the horizon for over a month and the days inside the Arctic Circle are getting brighter. I cheated and got to feel the sun again earlier when I visited M, it was so nice.

For the tasting room, bodega or bar, you can now have the Bodega Barrel Bar by Aphrodite. A beautiful decor piece, with animations included (PG/Adult). It’s available right now at the Man Cave event.

I decorated our own tasting room witht the Barrel Bar, together with the Lara Table and Chairs from Refuge. The chairs come in 5 different colours.
The clock and the frames are from Tuesdays. You can choose light or dark face for the clock and it shows the time, day, month or season, even. Touch it to get a menu. The frames match the clock and you can display your own pictures by editing the frames, choose edit linked and select face to change the texture inside the frame.

The Zelkova Serrata V.2 Tree by The Little Branch is a new release that is available at Cosmopolitan. A tall widely spreading Japanese tree of the elm family that is often grown as an ornamental and and used in bonsai. The tree is a symbol of a number of Japanese cities and prefectures. These 100% original mesh, highly detailed with realistic textures and animated foliage. A choice of four seasons are readily available upon Touch. Owner permissions allow Copy & Modify to ensure that each item can be adapted to suit your unique needs. The Zelkova Serrata v.2 has a low Land Impact rating of 3 to 7, which grows as item is modified to a larger size.
