Lost With You

I can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend than this. My lost weekend with Mahogany is made possible with the Bellagio Hot Tub & Deck and the Hillside House (One Level Add-On), both by DaD. Trees, shrubs and grass come from The Little Branch.

The Bellagio Hot Tub & Deck sits up to six avatars and comes with a hot tub, sofa and fireplace all packed with single and couple animations. PG and Adult version available. Mahogany and I are showing one of the PG cuddles that is found in the hot tub.

The Hillside House I have previously blogged in this blog post, but I also wanted to show you that it comes with a One Level version, for those of you who want this house but… less of it. On the roof of the One Level version you’ll find a decorative pool and a nice sized entertainment area. Perfect for those long hot summer days. Which are just around the corner, right? *Looks outside at all the snow*

I’m a patient man but… Whenever I encounter people stuck in the past, holding on to something even though it’s gone, I want to flick their forehead repeatedly to wake them up. It’s done. It’s gone. Stop cheating on your future with your past! I’m not claiming letting go is easy. I had to do it myself, several times actually. Just don’t get stuck holding on to something or someone that’s not coming back. Be good to yourself and move on. Rant over. I’m zen as f*** and here’s what I’m blogging! 😛

Ellen Degeneres

Yeah, I’m not big on inspirational quotes but give me love songs, poems or some wise words and I’m listening… Especially if the wise words are coming from Ellen Degeneres. I’m in Tuscany, waiting for my date. We’re going to buy some food and drinks at the local market and take a bicycle trip to our favourite picnic site and just enjoy the quiet countryside, good food and each others company.

I’m celebrating reaching 2K Flickr followers by hosting another photo contest! The 1K contest theme was ‘Simple Pleasures’ and was well received in the SL Flickr community. I had so much fun hosting it so I’m excited to do this again! This time the theme is ‘Stars of the Silver Screen’.

Mahogany reached 2K followers just before I did and for that achievement she gets to sing at the winners reveal party and admin my contest group… I’m joking of course. She’s amazing and more than willing to help me host this contest. Thank you, love ♥

Going with a romantic fantasy/fairytale setting today as I feature two new beautiful creations; the Moonflower Tree from The Little Branch and the Florin Daybed from Barley Home & Decor.

Moonflower is one of the most romantic plants you can grow in a garden. The gorgeous, trumpet-shape flowers unfurl in the evening and stay open until the sun rises. With the tree from The Little Branch you get the choice of Moonflower colour upon Touch. I chose the yellow flowers for my picture. The tree is also lightly animated, like it’s swaying to a gentle breeze. Available right now at the Equal10 event!

The F-Class grinder by No. 59 is an add on for the previously released F-Class espresso machine.
The grinder can be activated by the espresso machine. Place the grinder next to the espresso machine and switch on the espresso machine. Next the grinder and espresso machine will work together.
If you now make a coffee, the grating sound comes from the grinder and the grinding symbol on the espresso machine is colored blue (normal white).
