You get two versions of the house; the full version with exterior terrace/pool (pool has single animations in it) and house only version. The full version is 118 LI and has a footprint of 37 x 21. The house only is 98 LI with a footprint of 21 x 15. Touch lights to turn them on/off. HUD controlled texture changers for exterior walls, interior floor, terrace/pool and the glycine. Cliff faces are included in the box.

CHEZ MOI is at Tres Chic with the Blackstone BBQ Set which consists of the barbecue, of course, patio table and chairs and a beer barrel! You also get placemats (touch for food menu) and pansies vase decor with your purchase. The grill is fully interactive; it comes with 77 animations in the PG version and 145 animations in the Adult version. Touch the base to turn the grill on or off. Touch the grill to display the food menu. Touch the food to watch it cook (you can set the cooking time). The patio table set has 27 single poses (male and female) and in the PG version you can find toddler animations. Texture changer HUD included for the table and chairs.
