Welcoming the MIIX Event to my blog with this picture as we’re getting ready for MIIX Round Six! Now that rolls off the tongue doesn’t it! At this upcoming round opening on September 30th you can find, among other cool stuff, a new shape for LeLUTKA Skyler from Malibu Shapes, eyes from [amicale] and facial hair from Prolific!

No Pain No Gain is the title I chose for this post and yes it says so on the Muscle Top from Nero but also, I went all BoM for this picture. That’s a first for me. I’ve been saying all along that I’m not going BoM before I get a BoM update for my skin from Session but I might have to start looking around for a newer skin that’s at least close to ‘my look’. After going through the pains of training my stubborn brain how BoM works, I am totally ready to go all BoM, finally, because it’s easier than appliers and you can wear multiple BoM layers at the same time.

I’m not quite myself in this picture but I sure am still me! Who are you? What defines who you are as a person? Your answer to that should be ‘what I do’ 😉 Are you happy with how you’re being perceived by others? If you feel like you’re being constantly misunderstood, remember, it’s your job to make sure you’re understood, in not only words but action. Ok, what am I blogging lol.

Sari-Sari is participating in the September round of The Liaison Collaborative with this awesome skybox called The Vault. La Petite Vie keeps taking me to the most beautiful places with their builds and this time we’re in the historical city of Campeche, Mexico. La Petite Vie is participating in Tlalli: The Fair Around The World – Mexico with the Campeche backdrops, or rather, they are beautifully detailed filler builds. The extra bonus about these builds is you get texture changer HUDs for the exterior walls of both builds so you can create a whole street of colorful Mexican houses if you want to! I’m doing something different today! For the first time ever on my blog, I’m wearing a different skin. No, I’m not changing my look, even though I’ve been waiting for a BoM update for my old skin for like, forever, and it doesn’t look like that update is coming. Also, I’m still not really convinced I need BoM in my life, lol. But still, come on Session! If you can hear me, you still have some male skins that are not BoM!

As with most things in real life I’m looking for quality in SL. Not just for myself, I try to keep my blog about things I have no qualms recommending to others. I also love to support small creators when I see that they’re putting not just effort but heart into their creations. Delivering quality is also why it’s taking us so long to open our new region. In content there’s not much left to do but I’m not rushing and doing stuff half assed and then ending up delivering an inferior product. Quality takes time. This is why we’re still waiting for a new vehicle release from [amc]. We know that when it’s released it’s going to be amazing. While we wait we can play around with and admire the previous releases, like the Cinque Mark II! I had the pleasure driving it today and oh boy, it’s such a delight!

Together with fast cars belong expensive suits. Expensive looking anyway, we know Hoorenbeek delivers quality items but at an affordable price.
