I have Sámi ancestors on both my mother and my father’s side and my love of nature and animals might stem from my Sámi heritage, who knows, but my ancestors would certainly have a good laugh when I walk off the hay field due to being eaten alive by horseflies. They are mean insects. Just the meanest.
