B-Made is at Cosmopolitan this round with the Coffee Point. A cute, fully stocked coffee shop, perfect for any outdoor meeting points on your land.

As far as meeting points are concerned, take a look at the Winter Camp by GOOSE which is out now at Winter Spirit by Flair for Events. Included in the set is a campfire, a decorated fence, a bench with single and couple animations, tree stumps with single animations and with or without pillow, a table, a pile of wood, light strings, an old coffee pot, hot coco mug and a plate of marshmallows (the marshmallows are not in this picture because I forgot to rez them!)

FKD Fashions is participating in the Spookzilla hunt with 6 different versions of their JOHN TANK! Spookzilla features over 100 participating stores that hid ghosties all over the Slytherin region for 25L or less. B-Made is participating in the upcoming round of Tres Chic with the Old Wood House. This small three room house might need a fresh coat of paint here and there but it does have a charming exterior. It comes in Blue, Red or Nature colors, you can buy them separately get them all in a fatpack. Land impact is 83, footprint is 13 x 8 and permissions are Copy / Modify. Tres Chic opens on July 17th.

You can find the decorative old Lighthouse, also by B-Made, at Cosmopolitan. The lighthouse is 55 LI, Copy / Modify.

The Old Gas Station

I can’t believe I forgot to put gas in the car! Good thing B-Made still has the Old Gas Station at this round of Cosmopolitan or I’d be taking a long walk 😉

The Old Gas Station comes furnished, cars included (unlinked)! Scripted ceiling lamps. Realistic sounds; lots of interactive items, like the old radio oh I love that one! You can find animations in two of the cars too! Footprint is 40×32.

My outfit is put together with items found in the FashionNatic mainstore. Got to love that t-shirt with the Sting open sweatshirt! The Pathos jeans come in regular and boot version so I tried on the boot version together with the Sinder Boots.

This old classic has been parked behind the barn and left untended. The B-Made Jagu is a new release ready for this upcoming round of Cosmopolitan which opens June 1st. The Jagu contains animations and has a Land Impact of 13.

Oak trees grow in the wild but are also popular ornamental trees. The Wild Oak Tree v2 and v3 from The Little Branch are out now at Uber! Highly detailed, with realistic textures and animated foliage; these beauties look good anywhere! Season change menu available upon Touch. LI 3-7.

When you have more than one dog, then who sleeps in the sunspot on the floor is decided on a first come first served basis. At least that’s how it is in my house, with two Dachshund girls. Then the one that doesn’t get the sunspot sits next to it feeling very sorry for herself. I figure I need not only bigger windows but to also live somewhere with more sun.
