There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.
Perception is an opinion or belief, based on how things seem. Your perception of who someone is, is not who they really are and don’t let someone else’s perception of you define who you are. People will always see you the way THEY want, you will always be who YOU are. Value your integrity and character and you never have to explain yourself to anyone.
As the winds are blowing strong and cold and the temperature has crept down to 25F, I dream of a more comfortable lifestyle in a tropical environment. Thank you, my love, for sharing this dream with me and for giving this picture that something extra I needed.

New tattoo for men by CAROL G is out at Men Only Monthly and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t find any pants in my closet that didn’t cover the bottom part of the tattoo so it had to be a towel or boxers because, you know, my pictures are rated Safe. I went with towel. Hope you like! The tattoo, of course.

Depeche Mode – Stripped
I bet my parents shook their heads when Sander, 12 years old, blasted Depeche Mode on his boom box so everyone could hear. Even though I learned English at an early age, I didn’t really understand the meaning of their songs but they sounded awesome. Stripped was one of my favourites. This picture is not just inspired by the song, mind you, as a kid I used to grab my walkman, hike up the hills to find a nice view and I’d sit and enjoy the scenic surroundings with music in my ears. I know people do that all the time now, but believe me, it was freaking awesome to be able to do that in the early 80’s.
When I saw the I ❤️️ 80’s Music print on the Chris Classic Shirt by Treized Designs I knew this is what I wanted to do with it. There are 19 other prints to choose from though! Or you can just buy the fatpack with all 20. It’s available right now at The Executives event!
Halloween is not a big tradition in Norway but I love all the spooky stuff that the awesome creators are bringing us in Second Life right now. It’s so much fun! So far I’ve featured steampunk party skellies and an awesome costume and today I want to show you this cool tattoo by CAROL G. I might do a picture of the back later just because it looks so awesome, but my favourite part is it showing you where to go trick or treat 😉
The tattoo comes with Belleza, Maitreya, Signature, Slink, Legacy and Omega appliers, and you can choose the degree of fading. It’s available right now at the Swank event!
It’s not one giant step that does it. It’s lots of little steps.
Someone said that a shortcut is the longest distance between two points. There’s much truth in that. I can’t remember a single time where I’ve been pleased with the outcome after I’ve rushed something or tried taking a shortcut. On foot shortcuts work very well when you know the map, but in life in general? Nope. Forget it. Take all the little steps needed to make sure you achieve your goal. It takes as long as it takes and it’s worth it.
