Tis the witching hour of night, Orbed is the moon and bright. And the stars they glisten, glisten. Seeming with bright eyes to listen- For what listen they?
Over at Uber you can find both the Grafitti Banyan Tree by The Little Branch and the Scary House by DaD. The Witches Cauldron scene is available at the HJM Designs mainstore.
You need a spooky house you said? DaD’s Scary House is certainly spooky but it’s also charming! 90 Li and Copy/Mod, it comes with or without chimney smoke and it also has a snow addon.
The detailed textures and carvings on the bark are why the tree from Little Branch was named Graffiti; many visitors who have seen these trees have felt compelled to leave their marks on this majestic old tree. For the tree in my picture, they probably did that mostly during day time… Straight out of the box the tree is 22 Li, but as it’s Copy/Mod you can adapt it to suit your needs.
HJM Designs’ Witches Cauldron Scene is the perfect Halloween decoration for your yard. The witches animate on touch. 18 Li Copy/Mod.
This is not a weather report, although growing up on an island in the Atlantic Ocean automatically makes you watch the weather closely. I’m proud to showcase another fantastic build by Never Totally Dead… Azure & Son Seafood Co. has been on the docks since 1930 and you can see that it has lived through a few coastal storms. It is beautifully textured inside and out. The Seafood Market build is 74 Li and Copy/Mod. You can find it at this round of Cosmopolitan!
What does summer in Provence look like? In my imagination it looks something like this. I’ve never been there but when I try to imagine what it looks like, I can almost feel the warm Mediterranean air, I can see the lavender fields and blooming flower bushes, stone houses with Roman style tile roofs, walled villages, cobblestone roads and old men playing Bocce.
All the buildings in this picture, including the Bocce game, the makeshift table, the tray with apéro, the urns and the lavender field are part of Never Totally Dead‘s ‘A Walk in Provence’ gacha. You can play this gacha at their mainstore!
The beautiful Vintage Wrought Patio tables and chairs is available at the CHEZ MOI mainstore. The chairs contain single and couple (PG) animations, automatic prop rezzer and texture change options upon touch.
The fantastic looking trees are all from The Little Branch and you can see the Southern Magnolia Shrub and the Tulip Tree in this picture. The trees are extremely life like and animated like a gentle breeze is blowing and upon touch you get a season changer menu so you can easily change from summer to autumn. You know it’s time for that now! The Magnolia Shrub is available at the Ark event (last day today!) and the Tulip Tree is at the Sense event until October 8th.
Le Boudoir by NTD is an incredibly well made replica of the real Le Boudoir at the Hameau de la Reine in Versaille; nicknamed “the little house of the Queen” because Marie Antoinette would retire here by herself or with one or two of her friends. Get your own Le Boudoir for your sim or parcel at this round of Cosmopolitan, starting September 9!
I’ve been spending all of my SL summer in the tropics and I love it! Ba Mwen En Ti Bo, “Give Me A Little Kiss”, is the name of this charming rum bar by Never Totally Dead… and it’s their prize for the Skull-n-Bones hunt that’s open August 18th – September 18th. When the hunt ends, the prize will be gone! Feel free to play the whole hunt, or just visit the NTD store to grab the prize! it’s up to you! You can find info, hints, etc at the store! Happy hunting!
As if the night had said to me, ‘You are the night and the night alone understands you and enfolds you in its arms.’ One with the shadows. Without nightmare. An inexplicable peace.

You are welcome inside, but you might never leave. A collaboration with Mahogany is always a lot of fun, this time we decided to decorate almost the entire build we’re showing you today; The Vintage Tower by MadZaza. It’s a tower alright. Four stories high. The two first floors are rough looking, but the two top floors have beautiful floors, wallpaper and fireplaces. We made the third floor into a living room, there’s a balcony that goes all the way around it and you can step outside through the double doors. You can open the windows, but they are all barred. A safety precaution, maybe?
The top floor works nicely as a bedroom. The Vintage Tower is such a cool build and a lot of fun to decorate! You can see Mahogany’s blog post here.
I like doing yard work. Cutting grass, trimming trees, moving rocks. I haven’t done much planting though, but I suspect I might like that too if I ever get a garden that’s my own. Then I’d want a greenhouse like this one from CHEZ MOI; with a mixture of glass and bricks it’s a fantastic piece of garden decor all on its own and with the lean-to shed I’d have everything I need to be a happy hobby gardener. The cute little shed in this picture is made by HJM Designs. It comes with exterior and interior decor, 8 single animations, prop rezzer, and there’s a texture change menu upon Touch. You can find both the greenhouse and the shed in their respective mainstores (slurls below). I’m showing you the inside of the shed in this post and tomorrow, or later today depending on where you are in the world, I’ll have another post showing you the inside of the greenhouse.
Featuring one of two new sponsors today! This is +[MadZaza]+ and +[MadZaza]+ does wonderful dark builds, like this first one; the Vintage Factory. On the outside it looks like any other old industrial brick building in the city, but inside you’ll find someone has made a home of it. There’s a huge basement. You’ll find on/off light switches next to the door. The staircase leads you up to the living quarters; three big rooms, with amazing floors and wall textures and beautiful windows that open. I’ll make sure to take some pictures inside later, but for now do check out Mahogany’s blog post because she already took some!
I think I’m going to stay on the coast for the duration of the summer. It’s really nice, not too hot, and take a look at this cute little float house I found today by Never Totally Dead! Decorated with hanging wall planters by HJM Designs and interior decor by Nutmeg (I’ll show you a picture of that later in a post by itself). The Float House comes with a chair containing single sits (the chair is unlinked so you can move it around) and the house has a resizer menu on touch. I’m showing the original size, which has a Land Impact of 32. HJM Designs have made 5 different versions of The Bucket Wall Planters, I’ve used the Mixed Flowers and the Hanging Plant. The planters also come with an animated butterfly or bee, you turn the animation on or off by touching them. You can also change the texture of the wood by touching that; light or dark versions.
Available exclusively and ONLY for this upcoming round of Cosmopolitan; The Abandoned Barn by Never Totally Dead. It’s an amazing build, it really looks like it’s been abandoned but someone cared for it enough to keep it from falling. It’s beautifully textured and comes with a texture changing HUD where you can choose between 6 different textures; Red, Milk, Green, Old, White or Creepy and if you’re a member of the Never Totally Dead in-world group there’s a bonus texture called Sunshine.
When NTD says something is exclusive, they really mean it, because you can only get it in this round of Cosmopolitan, when it’s gone it’s gone! Cosmopolitan opens on July 14th.
