It houses 6 luxurious stalls with nameplates; edit linked and select face to put your own texture in the nameplates. Two disposable rooms on either side of the stalls, for equipment storage or whatever you decide to use them for.

Filled with inspiration after rezzing the new Victorian Mooring Dock from GOOSE I was tempted to decorate the whole sim like this! It would be way too time consuming though, I do have other blog posts to work on, so I pulled only two copies of the dock and managed to stop when I had the picture I wanted. The Victorian Mooring Dock is available right now at Cosmopolitan.
Never Totally Dead… had the beautiful Vintage Booth released for the Valentine’s Shop & Hop in February. Several texture options for it and it should be available at their mainstore now.
New release by La Petite Vie is out now at SaNaRae. The Cabane Des Marais is a fantastic looking marshland log cabin; worn down, broken window… Access ramp included if you need one. At least the lights work when you hit the switch! The cabin is 100% Original Mesh, 55LI, Copy/Modify and has a footprint of 10.5 x 12.5 x 9. Make sure you grab it at 20% off during the event!

We’re not even half way through January and I’m already waiting for Spring. It’s a while still, until April, which is when we can maybe start seeing any signs of Spring here. We might even get a couple of feet of snow in April so the patience game is real now!
The Young Ginkgo Tree by The Little Branch is lightly animated and comes with a season changer menu. You can just touch it and the menu pops up and you can change from Winter to Spring in just a couple of seconds. It’s Land Impact is 7 out of the box but as it’s Copy/Modify you can resize it to fit your needs. The Young Ginkgo Tree is available at the January round of Equal10 which opens today!
Want a small, open plan house with panorama view? The DaD Glass House is small, only 18.2x 11.2 and 37 Li (resizable, Copy/Mod). It even has a round window in the ceiling so when it’s not covered with snow you can watch the stars from the comfort of your living room. Touch any of the switches inside the house to turn on or off the snowy windows. The snow roof add on is sold separately. You can find the house and the snow add on in the DaD mainstore and marketplace.
The NoHo Loft/Skybox by DaD is a modern grunge industrial inspired loft that maximizes space by utilizing the open floor concept, with large windows that provides natural lighting and built-in storage under the stairs leading to the mezzanine level. This is also Woofer’s favourite hideout. Aesthetically pleasing design with features like steel piping throughout and wood beams that gives comfort and ease style of living within a small footprint (28.2×17.5 resizable). The beautiful Oak Tree Shrub by The Little Branch is a new release that is now available at Equal10. The Oak Tree Shrub is an intricately branched ornamental shrub with hollylike leaves.
