It’s my Mediterranean dream right here. A small house on the cliffs, overlooking the ocean and a big pool terrace with room for entertaining. Ahh, lazy summer days!

La Petite Vie is at SaNaRae with their newest release; the Vallaurissa and it’s at a 40% discount during the event. You get two versions of the house; the full version with exterior terrace/pool (pool has single animations in it) and house only version. The full version is 118 LI and has a footprint of 37 x 21. The house only is 98 LI with a footprint of 21 x 15. Touch lights to turn them on/off. HUD controlled texture changers for exterior walls, interior floor, terrace/pool and the glycine. Cliff faces are included in the box.

CHEZ MOI is at Tres Chic with the Blackstone BBQ Set which consists of the barbecue, of course, patio table and chairs and a beer barrel! You also get placemats (touch for food menu) and pansies vase decor with your purchase. The grill is fully interactive; it comes with 77 animations in the PG version and 145 animations in the Adult version. Touch the base to turn the grill on or off. Touch the grill to display the food menu. Touch the food to watch it cook (you can set the cooking time). The patio table set has 27 single poses (male and female) and in the PG version you can find toddler animations. Texture changer HUD included for the table and chairs.

La Muscatelle

La Petite Vie. I’ll say it again so you remember the name; La Petite Vie. This is their most recent release and the La Muscatelle is the most beautiful French villa. It comes with or without exterior grounds. Full version is 199 Li and has a 35 x 20 footprint. Texture change exterior grounds upon Touch. HUD texture changer for exterior walls and shutters. Separate light switches for interior and exterior lights and garage. All the shutters are animated when opening/closing. Wow, just wow. What a beautiful and versatile build this is. I’m delighted to show you pictures of the Attison, a new release by Galland Homes which is available at this round of FaMESHed. It’s a contemporary and minimalistic house in concrete with beautiful wood details and big glass windows and sliding doors. Versatile because it will look great anywhere you place it, be it on a beach or inland. Low Land Impact, only 20 LI and a footprint of 16 x 26. Read more about the house below. I don’t usually furnish houses too much for my pictures, but this time I’ve included furniture from GOOSE and DaD that I think look absolutely perfect for the Attison. Take a look at the credits for info.

Its original mesh design incorporates clean and modern elements and invites the surrounding terrain into your living space. Light will flow easily through the large cased glass panels and glass sliding doors. This simple two-room structure offers a contemporary getaway, a solo abode, or would be fitting as an outbuilding or pool house on a lot with a house of similar design.

The house control system offers menu controlled:

  • Security – Allows the owner to add avatars to one of two classes of users: 1) Those who have access to the house controls and land parcel; and 2) Those who are permitted access to the land parcel, but will not have the ability to control house features.

Lost With You

I can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend than this. My lost weekend with Mahogany is made possible with the Bellagio Hot Tub & Deck and the Hillside House (One Level Add-On), both by DaD. Trees, shrubs and grass come from The Little Branch.

The Bellagio Hot Tub & Deck sits up to six avatars and comes with a hot tub, sofa and fireplace all packed with single and couple animations. PG and Adult version available. Mahogany and I are showing one of the PG cuddles that is found in the hot tub.

The Hillside House I have previously blogged in this blog post, but I also wanted to show you that it comes with a One Level version, for those of you who want this house but… less of it. On the roof of the One Level version you’ll find a decorative pool and a nice sized entertainment area. Perfect for those long hot summer days. Which are just around the corner, right? *Looks outside at all the snow*

A Long Winter

We’re not even half way through January and I’m already waiting for Spring. It’s a while still, until April, which is when we can maybe start seeing any signs of Spring here. We might even get a couple of feet of snow in April so the patience game is real now!

The Young Ginkgo Tree by The Little Branch is lightly animated and comes with a season changer menu. You can just touch it and the menu pops up and you can change from Winter to Spring in just a couple of seconds. It’s Land Impact is 7 out of the box but as it’s Copy/Modify you can resize it to fit your needs. The Young Ginkgo Tree is available at the January round of Equal10 which opens today!

Want a small, open plan house with panorama view? The DaD Glass House is small, only 18.2x 11.2 and 37 Li (resizable, Copy/Mod). It even has a round window in the ceiling so when it’s not covered with snow you can watch the stars from the comfort of your living room. Touch any of the switches inside the house to turn on or off the snowy windows. The snow roof add on is sold separately. Loft Living

The NoHo Loft/Skybox by DaD is a modern grunge industrial inspired loft that maximizes space by utilizing the open floor concept, with large windows that provides natural lighting and built-in storage under the stairs leading to the mezzanine level. This is also Woofer’s favourite hideout. Aesthetically pleasing design with features like steel piping throughout and wood beams that gives comfort and ease style of living within a small footprint (28.2×17.5 resizable). Complementing the loft, DaD also just released the NoHo Living Set. The set includes a sofa with plush cushions in a soft black color encased by distressed wood adorned with steel piping. Snow Covered

Second post today because I have so many awesome items I’d like to show you! Yes, I’m still at work and you might think I’m still procaffeinating but I’ve actually done some work and now I can upload the other picture I took yesterday and quickly, sort of, write this post. I think I’ll have a cookie with my coffee…

The beautiful Oak Tree Shrub by The Little Branch is a new release that is now available at Equal10. The Oak Tree Shrub is an intricately branched ornamental shrub with hollylike leaves. The dense foliage makes it the perfect specimen to fill bare spots or to create a privacy barrier. This shrub will make a beautiful addition to your landscape. Season changer menu is available upon Touch, it’s Copy/Modify and has a Land Impact range of 3-6.

The lovely house is the Southern Cottage by DaD, which is a previous release but the Snow Roof addon is new and waiting for you at the DaD mainstore and marketplace! If you don’t know the Southern Cottage from before here are the specs; It has a large porch that runs along 3 sides of the house. Inside you’ll find a spacious living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and dining room/living room. Touch any of the switches to change colour of the exterior or any room. Windows open/close upon Touch. Footprint is 18×33 and Land Impact is 118.

First Snow

The first snow came in the last week of October, here in Northern Norway. We got about 30 cm (a foot) of snow overnight and it stuck. The world looked like in my picture for several days after. Have you ever tried walking Dachshunds in a foot of snow? 😅

I’m happy to inform you that the “Snow Roof add on Beachyhead House” is now available! Find it at the DaD mainstore and marketplace.

The Snow Add On is 17 Li and Copy/Mod. To use it on your Beachyhead House, rez the “Snow add on Beachyhead House”, edit the Beachyhead House and copy the position and rotation coordinates of the house to the add on.

If you don’t own it already; The Beachyhead House is two floors with windows on three sides for views to the outside and for the light to pour in. It has a large deck in front, two large sliding glass doors open into the house. The doors can be left open so that you have an open floor plan, which makes it great for entertaining. Immediately to the left are 3 steps down that lead you into another large room. Next to the stairs is the staircase going up to the second floor that has a small balcony looking down to the first floor. The second floor has a large bedroom and/or other room.

Throughout the house you have a mixture of wood, brick and solid color textures to accentuate the home. Other features included in the home is the glass wall partitions that separates the rooms below and also borders the stairs and the top balcony. The Beachyhead House is 104 Li, Copy/Mod and its footprint is 35,5×28 out of the box.
