Today is not such a day, or rather, this whole past week. Instead of fresh powdery snow, we have sleet, slush and sticky grit. So I dream of spring; the warmth of the sun, budding trees, flowers in bloom, Dachshund puppies with clean bellies… and You and I, we are always together in my dreams.

My last post this year and I’m dedicating it to a natural phenomenon which is called The Blue Hour. Where I live, we experience this light, during the Polar Night, in the middle of the day when the sun is at its highest yet still below the horizon. It’s magical and no picture can do it justice.
