The Mr. Sunborne Geilo Shirt is now available in the Mr. Sunborne mainstore and soon also the Marketplace. It is a lot of work creating all the listings but I’ll get to it now that my latest release is all packaged up and the vendors are in place for the December round of Designer Showcase. More info on that coming very soon!

Anyway, for now you can find both the Denim and the Flannel versions of the Geilo Shirt in the mainstore and more is soon to come!

The Geilo Shirt offers 10 different denim textures and 10 flannels, available to purchase as singles, fatpacks and megapack. The shirt is compatible with Belleza Jake, Legacy Male and Signature Gianni male mesh bodies.

From SHARP inc. I’m wearing the Viggo Septum. Viggo is a latinised form of the Old Norse name Vigge which stems from Vig (battle, fight). This means that Viggo is a warrior.

The lovely scarf is also from SHARP inc. It comes in three different sets; Earth, Mono and Sky. Each set contains two different color tones. I’m wearing the Concrete version from the Mono pack.

Yes, I’m a hopeless romantic and the title of my post could easily refer to eternal love… It sort of does. Another thing that has become eternal, or rather, timeless, since its creation in 1873; denim clothing. When tailor Jacob Davis and businessman Levi Strauss teamed up to create a pair of sturdy work pants for gold miners, they made them from a cotton twill fabric that Levi Strauss was importing; denim. In 1905 they made the first denim shirt to companion the work trousers.

I’m wearing the Ranger Denim Shirt by Lapointe Bastchild accompanying their Havoc Jeans. Depeche Mode – Stripped

I bet my parents shook their heads when Sander, 12 years old, blasted Depeche Mode on his boom box so everyone could hear. Even though I learned English at an early age, I didn’t really understand the meaning of their songs but they sounded awesome. Stripped was one of my favourites. This picture is not just inspired by the song, mind you, as a kid I used to grab my walkman, hike up the hills to find a nice view and I’d sit and enjoy the scenic surroundings with music in my ears. I know people do that all the time now, but believe me, it was freaking awesome to be able to do that in the early 80’s.

Today was a lovely autumn day in Northern Norway and I’m certainly enjoying what’s left of daylight and sunshine before winter and snow and the Polar Night comes and turns off the light.

I’m featuring another new FKD mainstore release today and it’s the Gabriel button shirt. 20 colours to choose from and it’s made to fit over the Michael tank top. Mix and match colours with the tank!
