I love carrot cake and I sure don’t mind sharing it with M. When we were on vacation in London together last year and we visited the Victoria & Albert Museum, I bought a piece of carrot cake when we were having a rest in the courtyard. It was a nice, but windy day. As I sat down, on the ground because all the chairs were taken, focused on not letting the wind grab the napkin… a gust of wind got hold of the paper plate and my carrot cake flew off to become a feast for the pigeons! M has the feast on video on her phone and reminded me of this today when I rezzed the carrot cake. Good times.

“Be a person who can dream about Spring in the dead of Winter”, said Debasish Mridha. While I do think winter is beautiful, when it’s crisp and clear and the snow covers a frozen landscape. Today is not such a day, or rather, this whole past week. Instead of fresh powdery snow, we have sleet, slush and sticky grit. So I dream of spring; the warmth of the sun, budding trees, flowers in bloom, Dachshund puppies with clean bellies… and You and I, we are always together in my dreams.
