It’s been a winter with many blizzards here in the arctic part of Norway. So you take inspiration where you can find it. It is unquestionably nice to be inside, warm and cozy by the fire, but sometimes you have to go outside in the storm to shovel snow or to go to the store. A polar low pressure system lingers outside the coast for days and sends waves of snow to your doorstep and driveway, 20 cm, 40 cm it just keeps coming and you do your best to clear it so you are able to get out of your house. You can always make it look neater when the snow finally stops. Shoveling snow like this is a lot of work, several times a day, but no matter how sick I get of all the snow it feels good to have done the shoveling. *Makes hot chocolate and gets toasty by the fireplace*

Today I saw the sun for the first time since the last week in November. Polar night has ended, and I’m looking forward to spring in a couple of months 😄

The Alta Knitted Beanie was supposed to be a January release, but here it is now. At least it’s still winter here! Unrigged with resizer script to fit everyone. HUD controlled with 10 colors in the pack. Snow and no snow option.
