There’s something about this quaint little shop that reminds me of my student days in TromsΓΈ, I don’t know what exactly, but it’s there. Also, entering a shop that sells bath bombs and handmade soaps always brightens my mood. So. It’s almost Friday in Norway, we have bath bombs in a quaint shop in TromsΓΈ, and the most popular singer hailing from TromsΓΈ right now with a song that’s somewhat of a guilty pleasure (scroll down). This is my good mood recipe for this weekend. I hope you enjoy it too!

I’m delighted to welcome Scafall as a new sponsor of my blog, with a scene featuring their Kassia set (only missing the chandelier).

The chaise (PG), the side table, and the rug are on sale at the Scafall mainstore, for Home Decor Weekend Sale this weekend (Feb. 24-25) at 75L per piece. The chaise is not only beautiful to look at, I tried the single sits in the PG chaise, and they are lovely! I will leave this scene out for a while, and invite Mahogany to snuggle up with me next time we’re both online so we can test the cuddles! The side table is sculpted from one piece of wood, and given a lacquer finish and gold top. Take a look at it in a PBR enabled viewer, it is stunning! The rug and the feet on the chaise are also PBR ready. Also in the set, you can enjoy the beautiful Kassia lights; a floor lamp and a chandelier, which both come in cherry and white versions. Favorite Norwegian solo artist, you asked? Thank you for asking! πŸ˜‰ I have several, but… Mari Boine. The greatest ambassador of Sapmi music and culture. Recently she participated in a TV-series called ‘Hver gang vi mΓΈtes’ (Whenever we meet), where a selection of musicians/singers honor each other by covering their songs, in their image. One of the best covers on this show was Mari Boine doing Matoma/Van Buren’s ‘Easy to love’. In the Sapmi language. Her way. It’s amazing, have a listen while you read the blog credits.

While I was on my forced hiatus (computer problems), DaD released a remake of their vintage luxury furniture called ‘Les Palmiers’. A beautiful French themed set inspired by Queen Marie Antoinette’s Pavilion located on the estate grounds of the Versailles Palace. Here’s the first redo; the Les Palmiers Round Sofa Cozy, which comes in both PG and Adult versions, and the Round Sofa Lamp which is available in black, gold, pink and silver. The rugs are also from the Les Palmiers collection. Furniture is neoclassical, but revisited in a contemporary and ecliptic way. I love it!

It’s my Mediterranean dream right here. A small house on the cliffs, overlooking the ocean and a big pool terrace with room for entertaining. Ahh, lazy summer days!

La Petite Vie is at SaNaRae with their newest release; the Vallaurissa and it’s at a 40% discount during the event. You get two versions of the house; the full version with exterior terrace/pool (pool has single animations in it) and house only version. The full version is 118 LI and has a footprint of 37 x 21. The house only is 98 LI with a footprint of 21 x 15. Touch lights to turn them on/off. HUD controlled texture changers for exterior walls, interior floor, terrace/pool and the glycine. Cliff faces are included in the box.

CHEZ MOI is at Tres Chic with the Blackstone BBQ Set which consists of the barbecue, of course, patio table and chairs and a beer barrel! You also get placemats (touch for food menu) and pansies vase decor with your purchase. The grill is fully interactive; it comes with 77 animations in the PG version and 145 animations in the Adult version. Touch the base to turn the grill on or off. Touch the grill to display the food menu. Touch the food to watch it cook (you can set the cooking time). The patio table set has 27 single poses (male and female) and in the PG version you can find toddler animations. Texture changer HUD included for the table and chairs.

Let’s spend the weekend at the beach?
