This old classic has been parked behind the barn and left untended. The B-Made Jagu is a new release ready for this upcoming round of Cosmopolitan which opens June 1st. The Jagu contains animations and has a Land Impact of 13.

Oak trees grow in the wild but are also popular ornamental trees. The Wild Oak Tree v2 and v3 from The Little Branch are out now at Uber! Highly detailed, with realistic textures and animated foliage; these beauties look good anywhere! Season change menu available upon Touch. LI 3-7.

On The Cliffs

It’s my Mediterranean dream right here. A small house on the cliffs, overlooking the ocean and a big pool terrace with room for entertaining. Ahh, lazy summer days!

La Petite Vie is at SaNaRae with their newest release; the Vallaurissa and it’s at a 40% discount during the event. You get two versions of the house; the full version with exterior terrace/pool (pool has single animations in it) and house only version. The full version is 118 LI and has a footprint of 37 x 21. The house only is 98 LI with a footprint of 21 x 15. Touch lights to turn them on/off. HUD controlled texture changers for exterior walls, interior floor, terrace/pool and the glycine. Cliff faces are included in the box.

CHEZ MOI is at Tres Chic with the Blackstone BBQ Set which consists of the barbecue, of course, patio table and chairs and a beer barrel! You also get placemats (touch for food menu) and pansies vase decor with your purchase. The grill is fully interactive; it comes with 77 animations in the PG version and 145 animations in the Adult version. Touch the base to turn the grill on or off. Touch the grill to display the food menu. Touch the food to watch it cook (you can set the cooking time). The patio table set has 27 single poses (male and female) and in the PG version you can find toddler animations. Texture changer HUD included for the table and chairs.

The Buzzing

For this round of Cosmopolitan, GOOSE has the Umbrella Bench set. The umbrella lantern is a fun, a little strange but beautiful piece which inspired the half-light mood of this picture. The bench comes in PG and Adult versions.

I’m also featuring the beautiful aelin tree and the noori flower by Yugen. Like all trees from Yugen, you get a leaf and bark HUD and you can find four different versions of the tree in the box and each version come in a high and a low LOD version. The noori flowers come with or without fireflies, touch the flower for texture changer menu. Easy peasy and you’ve got yourself the most beautiful and magical scenery!

Let’s spend the weekend at the beach?

The Fleur Hanging Chair is a new release from CHEZ MOI for the Whimsical event. It’s a pleasant hanging chair for bedrooms, living rooms or outdoor spaces. Comes with 20 male and 20 female animations and a texture changer HUD for the cushion.

I’m super excited to welcome Yūgen to my blog and I’m showcasing their Cabinet A+B set; two charming cabinets that comes with a colour HUD that gives you a multitude of colour combinations, if you want to, like I did! They can be single colour too, of course, but what’s the fun in that?

Need a mansion for your horses? Need stables to suit your mansion? Here you go; Les Ecuries by Never Totally Dead is a grandiose build both in looks and scale and if you’re familiar with NTD you’ve already figured out that this is their latest addition to the Valpennac 1705 series of builds and decor. It houses 6 luxurious stalls with nameplates; edit linked and select face to put your own texture in the nameplates. Two disposable rooms on either side of the stalls, for equipment storage or whatever you decide to use them for.

Footprint: BIG (46 x 18 roughly). Land Impact: 241. Copy/Modify.

It’s snowing today in northern Norway. It looks like we’re going to skip spring but hopefully we get some summer in between the winter seasons :p

Just in time before this round of Cosmopolitan closes tomorrow, phew, the beautiful Caged Candles Set from Tuesdays certainly deserves some attention. The candles come in Hanging, Fat and Skinny versions (Hanging and Fat versions are shown in this picture). Touch the candles for texture changer and flame on or off.

Now available in the Aphrodite mainstore is the Spring Rattan Set, which in addition to the patio furniture includes the Maple Parasol tree by Hayabusa Design! Add some champagne and macaroons with the Exquisite Display which hands you a glass if you touch the bottle and a macaroon if you touch the cake box.
